The Tower

Happy Valentine’s Day! Today was a really great day! We spent the whole day at the Tower of London, which is one of the most historical locations in all of London. We had a great tour guide in the beginning of the visit. He was really funny and even said that he had been to Boone before to eat ice cream. We saw the Bloody Tower, where the 2 princes were murdered and the White Tower, which was the oldest part of the Tower of London. It is amazing to think about the royalty that walked through those rooms and all the history that happened throughout it!! We also got to see the Crown Jewels. I have never seen so many diamonds in my life. The largest diamond in the world was in there, along with a lot of the expensive items from previous kings and queens. Tonight we are just going to hang out in the flats and watch a movie. Tomorrow should be a relaxing day, with a lot of homework.
